Bringing NAB customers’ big ideas to life

NAB’s Corporate & Institutional Banking team wanted to reach CEOs and CFOs of major Australian corporates – and work with them on their major funding plans. We were asked to develop a campaign that would demonstrate the expertise of both NAB and clients.

How we did it

We created a ‘big ideas’ campaign, focusing on NAB customers that were real innovators. The campaign explained their ‘big idea’ and how NAB helped them move it forward. We focused on one big idea at a time and explored it in detail via a case study and video interview. Our strategy sought to engage customers by tracking the moment of inspiration and huge aspirations of each business through to NAB helping turn that idea into reality.

Case study films

We wanted a way to talk to C-suite people that demonstrated how NAB supports its corporate customers in more ways than supplying credit. The advantage of case studies is that they make the customer the hero, have a long shelf life of relevance, are inspiring and can be added to easily.
